    Easy to make money but easier to destroy you.
    The good thingsWasnt hard to make good money.
    The challengesManagement is toxic from the owner down. HR is one sided and toxic. Management isnt interested in listening to input to fix things. Issues are fixed with a payrise.

    The good thingsGood competitive salary and interesting industry
    The challengesExecutive management has no respect for or interest in their employees. Undermining, finding fault and infighting are encouraged from the very top. People leave so those remaining are just expected to pick up the extra load with no thanks or recognition
