    Worked in a good team, management constantly yelling at other staff. No pay rises even when promised, way below average salary. Senior management think they are above everyone and do their best to ignore the workers

    The challengesVery low salary for the work required. No room to develop and no pay rises at all despite the team getting smaller and workload not changing

    Great environment for a high stress job
    The good thingsWas a great environment to work in. The staff are all generally quite young, 20-30's and everyone was nice and lovely and everyone had really great relationships with each other. Staff always playing music and having friendly chats, really was quite a fun environment to be in. Lunch room nice and the area was really nice too, very accessible to everything.
    The challengesLong hours, not a lot of room for movement with hours as well unless you've had a child. Quite a high stress job as well at time, not for the faint hearted.

    I started as a construction supervisor. I came through a recruitment firm. Everything was going well so i was being told. One day my manager called me up and said to bring the vehicle and all my stuuff in and was put off after 3mts into a 6 month probatio
    The good thingsI was trained for 2 weeks and shown how they want things done. Other supervisors were friendly.
