Great learning experience, very rewarding.
The good thingsGeneral manager was professional and understanding. She was very easy to contact whenever you needed and provided employees who were high achievers great incentives and opportunities to advance and grow in the company.
The challengesThe environment can be a challenge, but support was offered which made it is to deal with at times :)

Negative, draining environment where all of your hard work is unappreciated by unprofessional, under skilled management.
The good thingsSome of the clients are great. A lot of experience on the job as it is always heavily booked. Bonus is quite good.

The good thingsThere is a real sense of team throughout the whole brand, they really make sure that everyone has the opportunity to have a voice, the bonus structure is rewarding and they care about their staff being properly trained.

Was not a positive place to work, even after you’ve been there so for long & worked so hard for them.

The challengesWorking weekends and shopping centre hours, but this is standard in the industry. Overcoming language barriers of, and keeping up with the busy times of the clinic.

A rewarding place to work long term.
The good thingsI started working as a Laser Therapist 5 years ago and have since been promoted to Clinic Manager and then again to Area Manager and Clinical Educator for the company. Hard work and reliability is always rewarded and there are generous bonus systems in place to help keep us motivated.
The challengesWorking on weekends is a challenge but a necessary part of the job within this industry.

The challengesWorking with women in the beauty industry is the hardest challenge.
