    Terrible place to work. No training, no career development if it doesn't suit them, low pay, toxic environments and empty promises.
    The good thingsBeing able to work with some good peers in your field.
    The challengesThere is a disconnect between management and employees, you can really tell they go out of the way to not support their employees to save money. This shows by not training their staff and not offering career pathways to progress if it doesn't suit EFEX. EFEX offers below average wages even if you work relentlessly for years, they should at least take care and reinvest in their employees if they expect them to work in understaffed, toxic environments.
