    The good thingsDisappointing but enjoyed working with other staff and clients.
    The challengesStressful work environment with zero structure, and high work load. Along with a high turn over of staff and expect to do multiple jobs and be paid minimum wage or less if your put on a traineeship.

    My experience with Elders is 100% positive ,genuine people who are down to earth , care about the wellbeing of the staff and clients , They drive integrity and culture, and they recognise high performance with bonuses. Have great systems in place including work health and safety. I have been in the realestate industry for 23 years therefore I believe my opinion holds weight, and should be noted by others, Elders are Fantastic to work for!
    The good thingsSupportive Management, Exceptional Culture, Opportunities are always available to all staff who wish to develop skills and take the next step in their carer. Bonuses, Cars , training, uniforms, Great people!
    The challengesI haven’t had any noteworthy challenges with Elders.

    A job, not a career.
    The good thingsHonestly, very hard to find good things. Working at Elders was OK but not good. Manageable would be a better word.
    The challengesVery dated technology and old ways of doing things. Management are very set in their ways and hate change or new people to the work force.

    Dissappointing, but did meet some great people. Sad that one or two who are universally disliked by all ruin what could be a great place.
    The good thingsSome of the people are great. Managers are great, as are PM's and Sales agents.
    The challengesHR is non existant, so nowhere to go for complaints. No proper training either. One or two employees who seem to think they are management and not enough interpersonal skill to back that up.

    Turned me off real estate even though i got my license on my owm accord and paid for it myself.
    The good thingsAbsolutely nothing . Don't work there. Full of promises but deliver.

    Nastiness is ripe in the office, not taken seriously, even management discuss issues behind your back. Would never recommend working for them to anyone.
