    This company gave me the freedom to do what I had to do to build a successful HR department.
    The good thingsThis is an environment that tests your mettle but gives you the freedom to show what you are made of, especially if your are a subject matter expert. I got to meet many good people and I still keep in touch with a number of them.
    The challengesThe internal politics - a bit much at times so best to excel in what you are good at.

    The good thingsOpportunity to work on EPC model of delivery. Diverse employee background.
    The challengesThe management style employed by senior managers is not matured and unsupportive. The employee is pushed at the deep end to fend for himself.
