    The challengesFor a software engineer its little challenges to settle into Non-IT environment. As obvious they are not equipped with process and tools same as Software Companies.

    The good thingsend of year christmas party, staff carpark, good working hours for family life.
    The challengesThe pay here is awful, for the jobs required with the skills we all have, we all should be paid $15k more. starting rate is $42000 a year and does not get much better. production are cast aside in nearly all aspects of business.
