    Amazing nurses and admin. Management and higher management needs a complete overhaul. UNDERPAID AND OVER WORKED
    The good thingsOther part time admin and nurses are lovely. The patients were the highlight of every day
    The challengesManagement was very unorganised and immature with gossip and bickering. Required to be flexible but rostered over minimum hours constantly and not flexible with rostering or sticking to requirements of the employee.

    Worked for this company for more than 2 years, very unsupported management, won't respond to work and health and safety issues, they don't pay award salaries, put staff and patients safety at risk.

    Great, until you approach management about the many issues in the workplace which need attention and you get terminated for a trumped up reason. Not even done face to face, email sent half an hour after finished my shift.
    The good thingsDoctors and fellow nurses and receptionists great to work with.
    The challengesUnsupportive upper management who have no regard for their staff. Disregard feedback from staff. Wont allow staff to have meetings to discuss issues in their workplace. Uncompliant with regards to OH&S putting staff and patients at risk.

    The challengesHead office and upper management do not value their employees, you are just a number on the balance sheet. They have no regard if you are doing a good job or not, they are only focused on the bottom line

    The good thingsI enjoyed working for Epichealth medical practice in Ocean Grove. Great opportunity to grow and a vibrant team of people who want the best for their community. A company with a passion to deliver quality health care across all sites.
    The challengesThe fact that I had to move geographically and give up my position. I have worked in many medical practices and this is a site I will truely miss.

    The worst administration job I have ever had.
    The good things- Pleasant nursing staff.
    The challenges- Appalling lack of management system - No practice managers, no oversight for reception staff - No effective communications system for reception staff - Toxic work environment created by miserable doctors and staff - Extremely high staff turn over (including doctors)
