Incredible learnings, unique environment and a well paid workplace. Would go back in a heartbeat!
The good thingsVery co-operative and helpful management. The more you engage with seriousness and dedication, the more they provide opportunities to learn and grow. Seems fair why Ergon has one of the best retention rates to what I've ever seen!
The challengesCasual roster that wasn't set by supervisor and left for a team to figure out themselves invited a lot of friction between team members. In spite of the remoteness, the supervisor should have taken the opportunity to involve themselves a bit more.

Same old big Corporation. The GM is great - too bad the call centre is not.
The good thingsPaid a lot more than any where I have been for not doing too much.
The challengesThe systems and extreme pressure for KPIs . Management and particularly Team Leaders were not that helpful and there appeared to be a \"little club\" but you get that with most jobs. As a new member was trained very differently to other intakes and thus made transition difficult which was not taken into consideration and thus my time was very unwelcoming.

Great for the first year, miserable for the rest of the time until I left.
The good thingsCoworkers were pleasant, job was easy for the pay, some managers were good
The challengesUpper management setting ridiculous KPIs a year after I started, rampant cronyism among middle management and \"cog\" level feedback about system usability being ignored.

All depends who your supervisor is good or bad, NOT A GREAT PLACE TO WORK!
The good thingsManagement is loose, basically can get away with anything. Can have days off and management are too weak to even question absences.Medi
The challengesManagers with no management experience. Ex tradespersons or engineers with no management skills. Heavily unionised. If you have staff dramas, sort it out , out side of work. DON’T LET MANAGEMENT OR HR INVOLVED, they will be of no help what so ever!
