    Fun team adventure on large infrastructure projects and smaller tier projects that make you feel part of the team
    The good thingsFriendly team and Management, Always trying hard to make everything run smoothly with the team. High standard of equipment. Competitive rates and generous overtime rates.
    The challengesSome of the Vehicle fleet is outdated and provided to newest employees. Eventually older vehicles are removed. But takes some time. State Management doesn't get much support from above

    Great personal experience. Onwards and upwards!
    The good thingsThere is the potential for fast growth and a wide range of projects to work on from commercial buildings, to government rail and road infrastructure. Management promotes and supports extra qualifications such as RIW and drone courses. There is always somebody you can call who will have the right answer to any questions or challenges you run into on site.
    The challengesWork-life balance and site specific pressures during rail/road occupations come as part of working in this industry.
