Okay place to startThe good thingsGood place to start your career to learning about individual tax (to a very limited extent) and customer service (as they will most likely put you to the frontline to answer their phone or handle online chat with clients). Small reward for your achieving their KPI. Diversity is good as many people are from different background. Good opportunity to handle some tricky cases as an online company you do get anything so you see things that other accountants may have never seen.
The challengesWorking environment is terrible, as the ringing of the phone in the background was so loud that even the client couldn't hear you. Management doesn't have much integrity, as apparently they are under pressure to generate revenue, or perhaps even driven by bonus-based remuneration, some jobs are pushed through without proper checking. Definitely regarded one of the high-risk tax agents by the ATO.
