    I would return again, but not to the kitchen. Too much workload for such a small kitchen.
    The good thingsIt is truly based around the residents, they are looked after very well and respected. There is teamwork around every corner, kitchen staff work alongside the PCWs, Nurses, Leisure and Lifestyle very well, everyone really tries to make things work well for the residents.
    The challengesThe management can be confusing and lacking, but overall not that bad.
