    It was a nice change and reminded me why I like tier 1 companies better.
    The good thingsSmaller company so you do feel like you have a say and input into the site processes.
    The challengesToxic workplace driven by personnel who have been on site for years and who will not work anywhere else (local to area) and lack of accountability on management to address issues and their own behaviour (this goes all the way to Group who made excuses for managers behaviour). Work life balance isn't a concern and you will often get calls or called into work after hours, or on the weekends. Systems are inadequate and don't support the sites needs but Group won't change (they have lost touch with what happens at the site base). Their risk tolerance does not sit well with me.
