    Overall in the end not a great experience
    The good thingsThe occasional early finish.
    The challengesLower management not being trained in HR ( dealing with people) . Trying to plan your life outside of work, with multiple roster changes. Not having enough staff.

    Very poorly managed at lower and upper management level.
    The good thingsThey supplied a work uniform.
    The challengesIncompetent practice and admin managers. Busy office using equipment that constantly fails. Busy workplace but gives insufficient training to staff, especially new staff. Very unpleasant environment that has a very high turn over of staff which speaks for itself.

    Very busy work & having a medical background before starting in radiology is very beneficial.
    The good thingsGreat work life balance & very understanding of the demands of a working parent. It's also very interesting work, ever changing in medical technology & learn something new all the time.
    The challengesnothmg realy. It's an industry where everyone pulls together because you all know how demanding it can be.
