    not a good company to work for in general.

    The challengesno caring for staff workload, stressful working environment always care about KPI, lots of rules which some of them are not very practical and helpful in real commercial work, not too much appreciation for hard work.

    Not a good place for people who want to advance the career.
    The good thingsDiversity, good parking spaces and close to home
    The challengesSalary is low, workload is heavy, poor management. Senior management don’t really care about employees and won’t give you a fair go.

    It was good for a start in Sydney but no longterm relationship.
    The good thingsRelatively central location. Management seems to be equally balanced between men and women. Relatively modern office building.
    The challengesold software. Departments are seperated which makes responsibilities nd diversity almost not existent for wach department.

    This was one of the greatest work experiences of my life.
    The good thingsThe management is extremely accessible, visible and communicative. They hire and redeploy great people who assist in the completion of tasks. They have an extremely high emphasis on workplace safety, values and respect. They are a growing company, looking for new business. Their immediate supervisors are extremely helpful and encouraging. They like to see that each employee is happy. They have a diverse range of employees. They make it possible for each employee to succeed!

    The challengesUnknowable and unsupportive higher management, poor systems, poor it support, poor and old and multiple programs, they dont want to buy anything even it could help staff. Management allows staff come in late and not work no monitoring of staff. Low pay no increases and capped. Due to profit structure in management everything money wise is closely monitored.
