The challengesThe work life balance at Extend could have been better, as an Area Manager I had to be on call from 6am - 10pm and even told by Management I had to work Sunday afternoons. With no compensation for extra hours worked.
Having to run sites during the day while also managing my own work load was difficult, Extend would write in emails or say in meetings with other departments or stakeholders attended that Area Managers don't work onsite, but then will call you personally and order you to go.
