You actually matter at family Clean.
The good thingsI've been cleaning for over 6 years and worked for many cleaning companies. Family Clean is BY FAR the most professional, organized, supportive, well paying company I've EVER worked for.
The challengesUsually I would have a long list of improvements but I honestly can't think of any. They have made the entire process seamless from start to finsh.

The good thingsThe support, staff and clients has been great. Excellent communication is such a gem these days and this has been the key to a smooth transition. Very happy.
The challengesIt took a couple for my jobs to build so I worried for a couple of weeks but by week 3 I had a fairly full week so it really wasnt worth worrying about.

The good thingsI am so grateful I found Family Clean. The flexibility to choose my own hours has allowed me to create the best work-life balance I've ever had. The team is supportive and provides ongoing guidance, making me feel encouraged every step of the way.

The good thingsI had the best experience working for Family Clean (3302). The admin team has always kindly supported and assisted me. All the families that I've worked with have been extremely kind, and the family clean team has always helped and supported with clear directions when needed. They make you feel part of a community where no one is left behind. Was a great opportunity!

I started with Family Clean last year as Crew 3121, and I’m grateful they gave me the opportunity to be part of their team. This was my first time taking on this type of work, and it has been a truly positive experience. As a mom and wife, I value that this job allows me to balance my responsibilities at home while still doing something I enjoy — keeping homes clean and organised. I’ve always loved doing house chores, and now I get to bring that same care and attention to detail into my work for clients, helping them feel comfortable and happy in their spaces.
The good thingsWhat I like the most is finally I'm out of my comfort zone and having communication to my clients!
The challengesWhat I like the most? Nothing I love taking challenges and everything is good!

They find the job for you, you just need to do a good job.
The good thingsThey are a very attentive team. They have always answered my questions through phone calls, emails, text messages. They don't leave you alone in your process and are very supportive. I even moved from Brisbane to Melbourne and they still supported me.
The challengesI have worked with other cleaning companies and have not found Family Clean to be really challenging. Their process is straightforward.

My experience has been very good. It has suited my purposes perfectly i.e. freedom to choose the jobs that suit me (hours & location). Easy online reporting. Helpful staff that leave you to do your job without bother.
The good thingsDirect contact with each client. No micromanagement but support you when needed. Friendly staff, prompt pay, regular email newsletters. The company are always trying to innovate to create the best experience for the client and th home assistant, they do actually care about their staff.
The challengesI never know who to contact. There are different team members for different areas e.g. weekly invoicing, new job requests, general questions/concerns. When I have had to contact someone I have gotten a different person even if it's in the same area. This may be due to staff turnover. This isn't really a challenge though.

If you’re looking for a flexibility to work on your own hours, this is the job for you.
The good thingsThe flexibility. I can choose the job on my own, with the hours range varied during the week, and the p/h pay you get is relatively high compared to other cleaning company.
The challengesPerhaps the challenge is on managing the client’s expection on the task. And they could include more information on the requesting job’s detail from the clients.

My experience with clients and Family clean members is very positive
The good thingsI am glad to be a part od Family clean. I recently started working for this company and from the first day I feel welcome and accepted with respect and I received excellent support from the management. This job suits me because, in addition to all my personal obligations, I can choose the days and time when I will work.
The challengesThe only downside for me at the moment is that there aren't enough job offers in Canberra

I find working with Family Clean a wonderful opportunity to be of service to others.
The good thingsWorking with Family Clean for over 6 months and still counting, has been quite an amazing experience. I find this role fulfilling as it reflects the person that I am - being able to help families and busy individuals gives me joy. What I love about the Family Clean staff, is their support system. I love that I was given a very helpful personal mentor, which made my transition into the role very smooth. Apart from this, the staff, in general, are wonderful. They check in from time to time. For me, that says a whole lot about the company.
The challengesThe only thing that was a bit of a challenge for me, was transportation. If like me, someone who entirely depends on public transport, this role is definitely a mission (especially when you have clients in different suburbs). Otherwise, the job's great.

The good thingsAs a full time student, you could schedule your work appointments according to your university time table which helps in focusing in our studies while working.

Working with family clean company made our working and studying very comfortably , where we can study and work at the same time and that too in our own area.
The well managed system make it easier to work comfortably. The staff of the company provides good guidance and support for both cleaners and client.
We can know what our clients expect of us and clients are served with clients of their choices.
No other cleaning company can provide the comfortable working environment.
The good thingsFamily clean is the best option for international students looking for part time earning. The management has well managed system which provides cleaner with option to choose your own client and working hours, giving balance between studies and work.
The challengesNo challenges faced so far, everything is well organised so there is no space for problems.
