    Good local team drained by lack of head office support.
    The good thingsThe local team was for the most part a great and hard working team who looked out for each other.
    The challengesHead office. There is still in this day and age, a real lack of gender equality and equal opportunities in this business. High performing staff are not rewarded for there efforts, but are used to hide the lack of resources and performance of others. There is a lack of support from head office to the other state branches which makes tasks draining and more difficult than they need to be. There is also no bonus or commission scheme for the performing sales teams.
