    It's a cult. The high reward is not worth the
    The good thingsMost of the people, and some of the opportunities to travel (this has stopped in the last few years)
    The challengesWhere do you start? The workload is through the roof, and leadership is all about the market version of the business, with no time to listen to reality or focus on fixing the main issues. Most issues come from the internal incentive model which changes every 6 months to suit the business, not the person!!
