    The challengesZero training on the systems is provided, zero support for staff. You are a number in the system and there is zero loyalty to staff. If you can't pick it up immediately you get let go.

    Not recommend to anyone to work before the management team and managers understand process custom clearance .

    The good thingsThe collegues you work with actually want to work with you and work around you and have your back
    The challengesLazy Management, Sad approach to wanting to help staff. Always in the pipeline to be moved and helped into a new role but nothing ever EVER happens. Constantly have smoke blown up your backside. FedEx Culture ruined the TNT way of doing things.
