    Would not recommend
    The good thingsLenient with when you can take your leave. Was a great start, staff and management were friendly and then the truth was revealed to me over time.
    The challengesFavouritism, negative culture, management (including higher ups) aren't willing to make the workplace fair, they favour slow workers and make the hard workers work even harder, they also take advantage of those who can't say no, I think if I stayed here long enough I would get depression from how myself and others are treated. Upper management don't seem to take this into account since their goal is to just jump up the ranks.

    Great hospital that needs better management on Serco s side.

    The challengesPoor management, staff not treated with dignity and respect, management did not adhere to the hospitals core values. Cut backs on staff, remaining staff just had to put up with extra workload and to frightened to raise the subject . Occupational health and safety non existent.
