    Chaos, several staff left over the short 6 months working at this business, office is outdated.

    I was treated poorly, told a vendor didn't want to deal with me when it wasn't true so the particular sales agent (a director) could get the listing for themselves.
    The good thingsThe staff were nice, management leave a lot to be desired
    The challengesTasked with door knocking only and handing out agents promoting other agents successes, given a property to sell with a vendor that no one else wanted.

    Best thing to ever happen in my working life, to date.
    The good thingsThe friendly & supportive atmosphere which I believe is an outcome of the owners working with their staff in the same, close knit office. Everyone has an appreciation for what the team members go through on a daily basis. No micromanaging
