No amount of money would pay me to ever work for this firm again.
The good thingsSome Lawyers were good to work with.
The challengesToxic management Secretaries and Coordinators with no Law degree play god and act as though they are practitioners. Shocking culture with a terribly high staff turnover. Absolute palliative of Law firms. It's where careers and people's dignity come to die.

Great place to thrive and grow as a professional.
The good thingsThe principal is a very genuine person and doesn't micro-manage. You don't work with KPIs, the firm focus is on quality delivered, not quantity. Atmosphere is very chill and pleasant. You'll be working with the best of the best lawyers and professionals. Most people stay with the firm for decades.
The challengesLack of espresso machine in the common kitchen area.

    A foot in the door.
The good thingsPeople are friendly (most), the work is diverse, people are willing to help out if you need help, we have cake days once a month and weekly group work out sessions (if you wish to attend).
The challengesWorking with egotistical solicitors. Working with clients who don't have a clue on what is going on.
