Learning experience seeing less fortunate people being used wrongly
The good thingsVery little to talk about.
The challengesStaying alive, safety was a low priority,it was all about hiring uneducated non speaking English employees. I am surprised the company still exists.

Great experience about glass industry itself. However, not suitable for a career (at least for me).
The good thingsGlass industry is interesting in general. Therefore, FGI is a good place in order to gain extensive experience in regard with flat glass processing environment.
The challengesI personally find it hard to promote at FGI. Despite of my effort during 2 years of working, I felt irrelevant in the team.
