An awesome company and definitely worth working forThe good thingsGreat, positive culture, amazing quality meat (and good discounts on it for staff). Lots of energy, some really hard workers and high performers. I really enjoy working at Flinders, it's been one of the best work environments of anywhere I've ever worked at
The challengesGrowing company = sometimes there is process gaps, workflows that could be improved, and reporting lines that might be clearer. Sometimes this can mean high performers get a little frustrated. But in a way, thats good because they clearly care about the business and their teams.
