Awful, hugely stressful with a small reward. Made child safety look amazing

The good thingsI have nothing positive to write unfortunately

The challengesYou have to use your own car to drive to families that are 45 minutes away from you minimum. Management is extremely clicky. I had the regional manager blame me for a mistake she made. On my first day they asked if I have children and because I don’t, asked if I was okay to work to 7pm on friday nights. They told me it was a full time 9-5 and left out the other possibilities

Would not recommend.

The good thingsThe only positive is the pay however it does not make up for the rest of the negatives.

The challengesManagement talking about staff’s personal business to other management as well as other employees. Management lie about everything however preach transparency and honestly. Case managers/ Support Coordinators stonewall complaints about the above instances and deny it every happened.
