    I do not recommend this place to anyone, and I wish i never worked there.
    The good thingsFlexibility to WFH too. Some people are nice and provide support.
    The challengesMicromanagement at highest level. Toxic environment, working overtime/long hours / over weekends is honored!!! The management do not value engineers. Their clients want highly quality reports with the smallest possible budget. You are told to make $$$$$/month as an engineer which is a bit odd and uncomfortable. Admin team under pressure of high admin workload and they blame engineers for the smallest admin issues. Highly experienced engineers (like in principal level) do not provide guidance to junior /less experience engineers and acting in an arrogant way. Pay is low.
