I am very thankful to gain a lot of experiences with my work especially meeting and helping different and diverse consumers, their family and colleagues.

The good thingsConsumers, carers and their family were very nice and helpful. My groups were very happy and enjoyed the physical activities. My other colleagues are very supportive and friendly.

The challengesChallenges at work are common, I normally face those issues and resolve them right away. I can take and accept positive criticisms and learn from it.
