    It was a decent experience, but I wouldn't recommend it to a friend, better when you bond with coworkers and are able to have a good laugh at work.
    The good thingsI enjoyed working with some friends and some co-workers I bonded with.
    The challengesIt was challenging to work with some team members that weren't pulling their weight.

    I like working with the staff but job is tedious and often slow moving.

    The challengeson hot days it was tough to do stuff cause of the aircon's not always working and the pumps malfunctioning sometimes

    The challengesThe biggest challenge in this role was being adaptable. Many situations would present themselves that would put me on the spot as supervisor.

    I’ve experienced how to work in groups and individually along with working under constant pressure and learnt how to have a fast pace when working.
    The good thingsGreat people, I know how to do the job well and can do serval things within Foodworks, customer service, deli, meat department, produce, label , delivery pick up and more.
    The challengesHaving to serve lotto and smokes, time limit, I have to multitask, (fill shelves, get delivers and serve along with help customers all at the same time)

    I was unhappy working a foodworks. I felt as though I was always walking on eggshells just waiting for the next time I didn’t do something quite right and had to pay the price. Horrible experience.

    It was a good source of income while I was there and the customers were rather nice people.
    The good thingsBeing able to meet new people everyday and have chats with them about random stuff, the discount, being able to bring a service to the community while also getting paid.
