    I felt like I was an outsider most the time working there and that it was like highschool with the groups of people who left you out of a joke or something.
    The good thingsGood hours, semi decent pay, monthly bbq and awards.

    No such thing as a work/life balance in car sales.
    The good thingsFellow Salesmen are great, they really are there to have your back
    The challengesCar sales is a dying industry, Customers shop around online for the cheapest prices and there is no respect. High turnover industry. Long hours and you don't get paid correctly. Sales process is wrong. No help from head office.
