    Mental Health Facilitator
    Mar 2025
Albany WA 63301 to 2 years in the role, former employee
Needs a complete head office overhaul to get their values into action at the top and create a safe space for workers and participants in their Mental Health Program.
The good thingsThe manager and employees at the Albany office are amazing and live the values of the organisation. The participants are total legends and a pleasure to work with.
The challengesToxic, unsafe, work culture from the head office management. Heavy micro-management. Excessive focus on income generation over participant welfare. Lack of necessary structure to safely work in this role. Incorrect and misleading job ad - stating there is a car for the role and flexible work hours.

    I would not recommend.
The good thingsColleagues. Employment consultants try really hard to make a difference to their participants.
The challengesManagement put so much pressure too perform and meet unrealistic kpi’s on the staff. It’s not for the participants interest anymore. It’s about money and doing whatever it takes to bring the dollar in. Strong blame culture to.

The challengesChallenging industry with targets not easily attained or retained, these can present challenges from time to time.
