I would recommend never ever work for this company as you will be used and then dismissed.
The good thingsI enjoyed meeting with the majority of the residents, visitors and the Body Corporate.
The challengesNearly everything as Frasers dictated to the property owners and had very little respect for the owners opinions. I felt like a total outcast in the team and never invited to Fraser's functions. However l had to clean my office and surrounding rooms of dirty dishes, good and mess left from the organiser's. I tried extremely hard to keep an immaculate complex but was hardly ever praised by my immediate Manager. Poor communication and always had to follow up on my monthly payments not being made on time.

I have never come across a company with a more toxic, destructive, disgusting culture.
The good thingsSome people worked with were decent and knowledgeable.
The challengesTrying to get Senior Executive Management to buy in to instilling an actually decent working culture. Impossible task !

Wonderful opportunity and place to work , my role was autonomous , but exceedingly rewarding , I was in a position where I could call any senior manager with a issue or suggestion , I was treated as a key employee and not as a fool that just sold , I was respected for my results , and key margin achievements . Stressful at times , yeah sure , but overall a wonderful company and operation .
The good thingsRole dependent ( Sales ) you have the opportunity to make some serious money , you will be entrusted to perform , you can take opinions to the highest possible authority , absolute " state of the art " offices , good senior management who always listened .
The challengesWork life balance and the marketing department , marketing needs to be reined in , they are in conflict with sales , and have little to no idea of the pressures that you face running a project , they have be lead to believe they are somehow superior .

Most empathetic and amazing Department Manager.
The good thingsGreat place for someone needed career development a place to hone their skills; wide range of challenges were able to be experienced - also very up to date technology and resources.
The challengesThe self imposed long hours were worth the results; however I could not sustain working so far from home.

Most people who have been there more than 5 years are hoping to be made redundant, so that they can get a payout and leave.
The good thingsA few of the older teams who have been there for more than 5 years, are great to work with.
The challengesSenior Management refuse to share their strategic vision for the company. The culture has been degrading for the past few years. The amount of IP that works out the doors every few months is alarming.

To do well here, be prepared to play the game.
The good thingsProcesses and resources in place.
The challengesThe business is incredibly backwards. Senior management lacks people skills. Little autonomy to do your job. Zero opportunity for progression in what is a very lean team. Couldn’t get out of here fast enough.

The good thingsThe Weekend Handful of nice and friendly colleagues
The challengesHR is terribly run by management with no skills to deal with people. Will only talk to you when they feel like it and if they don’t well you will know it. 90% cleaning up after the entire office Lack of team inclusion and made to feel like an outcast.

Experienced possibly best 10 years of my working life at Frasers Property. Challenging work, good managers, good work culture and very good work environment.
The good thingsMostly very good and accessible managers. Good variety in quality construction projects (Commercial, Residential and Civil). Genuine training and development opportunities. Excellent working colleagues - workforce. Great office locations, well resourced and equipped with latest technology.
The challengesSome weeks lots of travel.

The good thingsThere were done really good people working there which made it a little better
The challengesVery slow process worse when it came to implementation. Also lack of vision from management. They didn't see the full picture, very small picture focused with a lack of appreciation for the amount of time it takes to execute projects and what is actually involved
