Wonderful opportunity and place to work , my role was autonomous , but exceedingly rewarding , I was in a position where I could call any senior manager with a issue or suggestion , I was treated as a key employee and not as a fool that just sold , I was respected for my results , and key margin achievements . Stressful at times , yeah sure , but overall a wonderful company and operation .The good thingsRole dependent ( Sales ) you have the opportunity to make some serious money , you will be entrusted to perform , you can take opinions to the highest possible authority , absolute " state of the art " offices , good senior management who always listened .
The challengesWork life balance and the marketing department , marketing needs to be reined in , they are in conflict with sales , and have little to no idea of the pressures that you face running a project , they have be lead to believe they are somehow superior .
