    The good thingsthe only good thing is the commission for recruiters replacing the constant staff turnover.

    Senior management not taking responsibility for their actions create frustration
    The good thingsSome nice people work there but they are frustrated by the lack of credible leadership. Company says one thing but in reality does something else.
    The challengesGetting realistic demands from the executive management group. They do not perform a test of reasonableness on the forecasts that Sales people provide and wonder why they either end up with too much stock of not meeting customer expectations.

    The good thingsGreat people to work for, One of the only company's that is getting bigger and bigger as each year hose by. They put a lot of trust in people to do the right thing and they value loyalty.
