    A great experience, fast paced environment with lots of team spirit, unfortunately falls short with little loyalty to their staff especially ones that go above and beyond.
    The good thingsGreat culture and team environment. Great rapport building with clients and no day is the same.
    The challengesOutstanding staff are undervalued and pushed to their limits/out. Unrealistic expectations for casual staff, overloaded full timers (at the cost of their own family time.)

    Best place to work!!!
    The good thingsI like the culture, we treat and take care of each other as family. The Management team are open to suggestions for improvement. They recognise employee contributions. We also have staff lunch and hamper every forthnight.
    The challengesAbsenteeism, due to weather conditions some of our colleagues got sick thus affects our manpower and usual performance. During this time it was also observed that alot of us were willing to work abit more time in order to make sure that customer satisfaction is met.
