    Great place to work for short term but not for long term

    The challengesBetter transport management Better leading hands (few are fantastic) Lunch breaks that is required for example 20 mins smoko and 30 mins lunch

    If you thrive in a toxic place this is perfect for you
    The good thingsThe people who became family
    The challengesWhere do i start. Management doesn’t know how to run that place, too many know it alls. Staff turnover is so quick you don’t know who you’ll be working with the next day. No proper training, you go there and they expect you to know what to do. No proper communication between departments, hostile environment.

    Clueless management.
    The good thingsThe fridges are nice to work in during summer.
    The challengesThis place was once a great place to be but slowly its turned toxic and nasty. Classic case of "too many chiefs, not enough Indians." It's run by muppets with no clue. No training. No support. Do yourself a favour and go to dnata instead.

    Toxic
    The good thingsAbsolutely nothing. Well the best thing about that company is when I left it forever.
    The challengesRude people. Rude team leaders. There’s no manager. You just go there do your job, under very impolite people supervision and that’s it. Team leaders are like evils. They don’t care it u are injured or feeling unwell. That company need a union representative urgently. The environment is absolutely toxic. Believe me: does not matter how strong you are. You gonna end up sick working for them at Brisbane airport.
