    The good thingsUpper management provides strong support and is highly responsive to requests and concerns. As a Centre Manager, I feel valued and heard, and I am equipped with the necessary tools to effectively support my team.

    Not good for career. Don't recommend
    The good thingsStaff is amazing (except management). Nothing else to add
    The challengesSalary delays every single month. You can forget about your superannuation as company doesn't pay it and just keep lying they will pay it next week, then next week, and this event never happens. Management is not good and need good leadership training

    worked for wonderful team but unfortunately leadership was not supportive and many issues and concerns.

    The challengesNation wide shortage of qualified educators however this is not only to Genius. This is the entire sector. Genius have an active recruitment team that ensure future educators are set up for success within the company.

    A company that feels like home.
    The good thingsThe company really value their employees and you are not just a number here. They have great staffing incentives and love to train their employees and support career progression. I started here 6 years ago as a Lead educator and worked really hard within the company to an educational leader - families consultant and finally a centre manager. Im really supported and the operations manager is in regular contact with the myself and the team.
    The challengesThe staffing shortages have been difficult however Genius have employed a recruitment team to support us better with recruiting the perfect team members to reduce staff turnover.

    The good thingsWorking for Genius has been such a great experience. Right from my first day I felt supported from my Area Manager and Head office to achieve my best in my role. I have been working in ECEC for 11 years, and Genius is by far the best company I have worked for. They support work/life balance, which has really helped with my child's transition to school and also have great benefits.
    The challengesBeing a mum with her child starting school which is an anxious time. I felt supported through this time as my work life balance was valued.

    The good things3 years ago I started with Genius as an Assistant Centre manager fast forward 2 years I am now the Victorian Operations Manager. Genius have provided career growth to not only myself but other employees within the business. I have been in Early Childhood for 12 years and Genius is by far the best company I have worked for.
    The challengesI feel supported by Head Office and the National Operations Manager within my day to day responsibilities. Every role has their challenges but with the correct guidance and support anything can be achieved.

    Supportive, accommodating, fun!
    The good thingsIt has been amazing since my first interview with the Victorian Ops Manager. Everyone is flexible, considerate of having a family (young toddler) and accommodating in all areas. There is lots of start from the management team (not just the centre that I work at but from above as well!) The team is always friendly, happy, supportive and most of all lots of fun.
    The challengesNothing to do with the company itself, but returning back to work after maternity leave has been the challenge. Also this has been my first time experiencing assisting open up a brand new service, so that has been a challenge.

    Awful management, no respect, great staff and learning curve on programming
    The good thingsGreat location, amazing coworkers, flexible with shifts and start times with having a family
    The challengesHead management. No support from head office and no validation for the amazing job that any of the staff do! Lack of resources, and they don’t listen when things need repair to maintain compliancey.
