    An interesting and diverse working environment, where you can always have a good laugh, with a friendly team of awesome people!
    The good thingsA flexible working environment, that considers work-life balance. Really fun, with good opportunities to learn new skills and build on existing ones. Awesome team of friendly staff. Really cool artwork also makes it an amazing place to work.
    The challengesCertain things required quick decision making, and when it gets busy things can get a little bit stressful. However, the management team works well together, and closely with the staff, to minimise stress and support good decision making.

    A great place to learn new skills, develop existing ones, and have a laugh along the way.
    The good thingsReally cool place to work, not your average 9 - 5. Good work-life balance, and plenty of incentives. A good place to kickstart my career, with a wide variety of training opportunities provided.
    The challengesBeing hospitality and entertainment there is a degree of unpredictability. This is a similar challenge to most hospitality and entertainment sectors. A high standard of product and service does prove challenging at times, but the management team understands these things and works hard to provide support where necessary.

    The challengesA few things had a steeplearning curve, but the management team understand this challenge, and support staff through the stages. Can be fast paced during busy periods.

    The good thingsJob doesn’t get boring and there are always new things to do and learn. Fun work environment with happy customers. Management invests a lot of time in training new staff members.
