    I enjoyed my time and learnt a lot despite the frustrations inefficiencies, could be a world leader.
    The good thingsAutonomy and flexibility to manage workload in such a manner that fits into your life. Different for office based roles but sales are on the road. Decent renumeration. Initial support and guidance from direct management was great, switched on operator and business savvy. Great portfolio of product for clients.
    The challengesInformation silos were frustrating, made getting things done quite difficult at times. Lack of accountability in certain departments for errors that had direct consequences for clients. Missed opportunities with restructure, long term employees promoted beyond capacity which brought stalled strategy and lackluster management support. Zero effort placed on building any culture within sales team yet other departments would have events out on.

    Negative treatment at the hands of a superior with little support from team mates and none from Hr.
    The good thingsSome of the people have been there a long time and are lovely.
    The challengesKPIs for the sake of it, unsupportive culture from the top down, and HR will only toe the company line rather than defend or even help employees. Hard to be creative or to bring fresh ideas.

    The good thingsLearning a lot of diverse skills from machine operation, maintenance, teamwork, leadership to management. A wide range of ethnic backgrounds and cultures. Plenty of opportunities for those who strive to improve their current skills. Support and training.
