    soul crushing but great money=not for everyone
    The good thingsgreat money terrible culture
    The challengessoul crushing crazy expectations old school processes=no computers or mobile phones allowed, all manual contracts you have to patrol the floor all day but interactions with colleagues is not allowed. you are expected to also wash and detail all cars that come in off the truck to be presentable for the showroom floor. morning meetings prertty much bring everyone down, very little positivity. but hey, if you like money = this is the place for you because you will clean up

    Decent pay, destructive high stress environment.
    The good thingsCommission structure better than other places, however, was not always a true representation of the work you put in.
    The challengesEnvironment does not promote a team culture. Management never practice what they preach, reward brown nosing. They also make promises they cannot keep.

    Mazda as a product and Grand Prix as a Company are both top teir, I couldn't ask for a better work environment.
