    Want to be sacked for no reason, look no further
    The good thingsThe staff were friendly, I enjoyed carrying out appraisals.
    The challengesDocumenting all my numbers (appraisals) Wouldn’t give me advice I what I did wrong ever. I needed feedback even though I asked. And still gave me the flick for no apparent reason. I did letterbox drops before I started work..

    Not an honest or fair environment. Deceptive and manipulative
    The good thingsThey had proformas and tasks lists to use. No farm areas. Database & Training.
