    Turbulent, I've learnt a lot, but at the moment I would not recommend.
    The good thingsThe people are amazing. Unfortunately bad management decisions including managers that are not experienced enough to drive entire teams meaning feedback is inconsistent and heavily influenced by the company's financial position.
    The challengesThis company promises career development but cannot, and will not, deliver. Poor salary and poor communications.
