    You'll struggle financially as a floor worker.
    The good thingsEasy going workmates. Holiday/Shutdown Periods. Monthly RDO's.
    The challengesInconsistent workload. Duty hand balling. Micro management from insecure supervisors and management. Late performance reviews that go nowhere. Lack of professional development for entry level workers. Gossip and politics. Very hard yakka for very low pay. They like to cram everything in before 'shutdowns'.
