    inspiring and a joy to go to work.
    The good thingshaving a good communication between staff and management. Staff working together and supportive. Be cheered up when your down by clients you work with, and having fun working. Seeing progress with clients you may not think otherwise.
    The challengeshaving behaviours from clients and trying to support other clients through this and is great when it works.

    Don't tell anyone, but I would do this job on a volunteer basis if they couldn't pay me!
    The good thingsExcellent career progression opportunities, great management team who really care about the people on the ground and the organisational vision, fantastic working environment and a best practice approach that is honestly proactive rather than reactive.
