    A great place to initiate yourself in the meat industry
    The good thingsGood supervisors who are always pending on their workers' performance. A great work environment. Sponsorship opportunities for the right people. A lot of learning about beef types and qualities given by supervisors and co-workers. Workplace safety is enforced at all times.
    The challengesJust a better HR management for December and January - some international workers ask for leaves to see their families on Christmas and NYE but no replacements are hired, so there are less people for the same workload.
