I love my job.

The good thingsI'm able to have time off if needed. They work in with my family & life style. They are respectful. If an employee needs assistance of any kind they do their best to help them out.

The challengesFemale working in an full male environment. Old school habits and behaviours - however, the company is moving forward to improve the environment.
