    Worked with some great people
The good thingsThe great staff from all different departments especially the kitchen staff and cleaners
The challengesWorking with staff members who had been there a few years. Saw you as a threat to their jobs and would not take the time to help out. Working in the same position as them but thought themselves above everyone else. If you did not fit into their clicky group they made things very difficult. Management listening to the problems but not prepared to do anything about it even though they are aware of what goes on.

I worked in an Admin role and it was the best job I ever had, only left due to interstate move and I doubt I will ever work somewhere again where I work with such a great bunch of fun, hard working people
The good thingsGreat pay and benefits with the salary sacrificing and the great people in my department, there was around maybe 30 ladies and everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful.

Great clinical experience as a first year dental graduate with excellent mentoring
The good things- Great mentoring by the senior dental staff - Diverse clinical experience as a dental graduate - Edifying clinical guidance with focussing on medically compromised patient cases and complex pathology
The challengesI don't think that there were any challenges per se, however dental graduates must be prepared to enjoy and immerse themselves in the town's life to make the most of the experience whilst working in rural Australia.
