    A growing firm who do their best to take care of their team members.
    The good thingsThe leadership team genuinely care about the team. There are a lot of really good staff benefits like monthly massages, regularly catered meetings and training, a focus on learning and development and room to grow.
    The challengesIt’s rarely easy to evolve from a smaller business to a bigger one and all the changes that need to happen as a result, and there are challenges there, but there are good people in leadership positions in the business who are genuinely interested and motivated to continuous improvement of everything from software platforms to staff policies.

    Management don't care about the people and they show through their pay packages.
    The good thingsThe people working in the company are a delight and everyone is lovely to speak with. They are all supportive of each other.
    The challengesManagement is terrible and overlooks bxllying. The pay is low and they overwork you. Imagine working for a year to receive a $150.00 gift voucher for Christmas. it's a bit of a slap in the face.

    very toxic middle management who are just waiting to make your life hell. aside from them, everyone else is so lovely to work with.
    The good thingspeople you work with are fun, the building is nice and well kept.
    The challengesmiddle managers are very power hungry and willing to do anything to look good in front of the bosses. salary is very low but you're expected to act like it's groundbreaking and they're so generous. Keep promising raises and annual reviews but all of a sudden people don't meet expectations anymore.
