Would never work for hall and prior ever again
The good thingsHonestly.. none. If I could have my time back I would have never accepted the role
The challenges- Managment totally lacking awareness when it comes to staff addressing their concerns within the role and feeling completely dismissed. - Coworkers excluding you and not helping when you request for assistance

The good thingsIt’s the first time in my career that I am trusted to do the job I was hired for!
The challengesNot being able to socialise with colleagues across sites as much as I’d like; due to fast-pace nature of the work.

    Not a great experience.
The good thingsWork colleagues. Great support from colleagues and there is no support from management.
The challengesMiddle management run the show. Zero access to upper management. Hall prior work strictly in silos. Antiquated systems. Zero work procedures. What there is is out of date. No investment at all in training, workers mental health or enabling anyone to move up.

Good to gain admin and customer service skills if you have thick skin, and the pay you are promised in the interview likely won't be granted. Be prepared to take responsibility for other's issues and managements lack of organization. You will also be expected to do the job of 3 people with barely enough pay for 1.
The good thingsCoworkers were great and working environment was clean. We were supplied with quality PPE during the pandemic.
The challengesManagement were highly unorganised, minimal training and thrown into the deep end when you first start, the pay that was promised was never followed through so I was left with very low pay.

    No respect and no care
The good thingsLocation was very convenient
The challengesI do think waiting 5 weeks for the outcome of a job interview is very excessive. This was for a senior role. No respect, no care.

I got the good experience as a carer, how to assist the old aged people, disabilities, how to deal with the dementia and aggressive residents.
The good thingsI have been working here for more than three years and I found it very good that I sometimes think that I will work here forever. All the management very approchable, friendly staffs and the very nice and lovely residents.
The challengesSometimes it's challenging assisting the aggressive residents
