I had a great time working for Hampton's.
The good thingsThis is a family owned and operated company. They would go out of their way to ensure you were looked after, Career opportunities are endless if you're prepared to have a crack. They were excellent to work for.
The challengesFor me personally, it was the Travel and the Cost of travel. It's a long way from FNQ to Kalgoorlie.

The good thingsPrivately owned where you know who you're working for and have generally had a beer and a laugh with. Diversity in operations and locations. Generally look after tgose who put in the effort and have the company in mind.
The challengesAlways a few in the middle runs who you wonder how they got there. Still have some room to develop their systems.

A promissing company with a solid history which promises alot for the management team that falls well short of delivery
The good thingsThere is some really good people working here which keeps things working ok
The challengesSenior management and owners very reluctant to move fwd. with technology to make things simpler and more efficient. The Technology is readily available and not expensive and would save on the amount of hard paper copies of items that is generated , would be far more efficient time wise which would allow other areas to be worked on and could even save a few trees.
