There is a half decent opportunity to progress mainly due to the high turnover rate, but you must push hard if you wanna step up.
The challengesLiving where you work means on or off shift, you never really go home. You must follow their rules 24/7. I found it comparable to working at a summer camp but instead of having to act childish you have to act serious all the time, but still you must always be acting. On average staff member last 4 months. I had some great times there but sacrificing your freedom for minimum wage gets old quick.
